(More customer reviews)I was skeptical about this battery/charger when I bought it due to the low cost, but I have been pleasantly surprised. My primary application of this battery pack is to allow me to use the hot spot on my phone without plugging into an outlet. I've successfully gotten through an 8+ hour day of hotspot use, in addition to charging a colleague's phone fully. The pack was only half drained from this extensive use. Overall, the battery pack met my expectations and I recommend it for anyone looking for a beefy usb charger for a phone, camera, or other mobile device.
The physial construction seems OK too, and the appearance is attractive. Unfortunately I don't know anything yet about the long term durability of the housing or the service life of the lithium cells. Fortunately it's inexpensive to replace the battery pack if need be.
