(More customer reviews)I bought several accessories for my new HTC Incredible, and this was by far my favorite. The cradle sits secure and at a great angle for viewing, although you can't adjust it if it doesn't suit you. The power plug seems a little redundant. It has a short micro usb that you have to twist around into the phone, then a mini usb that plugs the cradle into the wall with a long cord. I think it has too many lights, too. It has a power indicator light in the front, and a flashing light in the back, which seems unnecessary and distracting. I have absolutely no idea what to do with the included neck strap.
Overall, a few minor nuisances (none of which will keep me from giving it 5 stars), but a very nice product that I will use a lot. Recommended.
