(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these chargers, one for home and one for travel. One worked and the other did not charge the secondary battery. They were kid enough to replace it but I had to pay for the shipping. The new one was a different style and also did not work. They did replace it again with another of the new style and it did work. This is the only charger I have seen that will charge the phone and a second battery at the same time, so they are the only game in town and eventually I did get two working products but I had to pay for shipping 3 times which was pretty disappointing.
