(More customer reviews)Ordered a battery for my RAZOR-v9 phone, on 12/20/2010, and it arrived before Christmas. That was the good part. The battery was faulty and I called OEM Plannet, and spoke to one of the owners. Said the store was closed due to the Blizzard. That is a fact. He stated he was calling from home and would send a replacement as soon as the weather cleared. I also got an e mail that day as well asking if I wanted a replacement!
To date, some 30+ days later and numerous e-mails and phone calls later ( voice mail is always full so you cannot leave a message) I syill have not received a $4.38 baattery!!!!. They have sent e mails assuring me all shipments have been completed. NOT MINE!
I thought I had found a very competent and reliable Company in OEM Planet, but first impressions are proving otherwise.
