(More customer reviews)Well, the battery is a Samsung battery. I was a little disappointed that it was not in fact new. It had scratches on the little metal connectors, suggesting it had been used before, and the outside casing had a tear in the plastic coating the battery. I think if it is a refurbished one, they should say so in the add. I am merely hoping that if anything should happen, Samsung will stand behind it.
As far as the battery, it works similar to the old Samsung battery: not great, not bad. I don't get a consistently lasting charge out of it. Even when it sits, not being used, I charge it almost every day. :-/ Is it too much to ask for a battery that lasts three days or more and doesn't go dead right when I really do need it?
