(More customer reviews)I doubled my battery capacity as advertised, and now I run my HERO with all my shopping apps in the background, no longer afraid to use my phone as an mp3 player anymore, and I can play games without thinking I'll have to charge my phone by mid afternoon! The new case stays on quite well, as compared to many other brands of extended-life battery packs. I've had this item for 3 weeks now and so far it has not slipped off yet. The finish also looks VERY close the factory metallic-pewter finish. I will say, the volume buttons seem a bit cheap, black plastic, could have easily been replaced by that same case finish. I will say, now that I am using my phone more, and running more apps, I am not extending my battery life as much as I thought it would, but it is allowing me to use my phone to its fully designed potential. I would say the price is a bit high, and one must think of the cost comparison of upgrading their phone instead of this. I am just so happy with the HERO, now I think I can hold off for another year, and get a phone much better than the ones on the market today :)
