(More customer reviews)I ordered a cell phone battery on oct 14, 2010 with free shipping. I had not received it by Oct 29 so I emailed the supplier to say that I now knew why the shipping was free and asked where my battery was. I received an email back saying that I was being rude and that if the battery had not come soon that they would send another. On Nov 3 I emailed to say that I had not received the battery and they emailed and said that they would send another. On Nov. 5 I received an email asking me to rate their service and allow them to correct any errors before I put a negative review on Amazon. They included an 800 number in the email. I called the 800 number and heard the message that no one was available to take my call. There was no opportunity to leave a message. I still have not received the battery. I will not deal with this supplier again and have now ordered a battery from someone else.
