(More customer reviews)When I got this item, I didn't have a problem with learning how to work it. I played my music but I couldn't believe I had to have my phone 6 inches away from the headphones in order for the music to stop skipping. You can't put your phone on your hip or in your pocket and if you do, the music will skip all the time. If you have the phone on your hip, the music will stop, then the connection to the bluetooth will disconnect and the music will play from your phone instead. And when you have an incoming call, the callers complain because it sounds like you are on an airplane while you are talking to them. My advice? Don't order this item if you don't have the patience for it. But if you do want this item, you will have to have a phone case and clip it to the top of your shirt/jacket to make the skipping stop. I would have loved to know the distance from the bluetooth to my phone in order for the music and the speaker to work right. A warning of some sort.
