Then, it stopped working completely and I was in a state of utter panic because I was in the middle of trying to start a new business. Anyway, I had this shipped overnight. I popped it in, and it worked like a charm. Totally idiot proof and easy. The phone stays charged for days at a time now, instead of hours. Yay.
