(More customer reviews)The item never worked after charging for days- I filed the online form to request Return Authorization and did not hear back after 5 days I called and was informed that in fine print at the very bottom of the Amazon page is a note that there are no Refunds on Bluetooths only replacements for defective items- they obviously know that they are selling defective items and don't want customers getting good blutooths form another company!
