Rarely do I buy from vendors selling through Amazon, but BTO, Inc. had 100% positive feedback in over 10,000 sales. I had no worries.
I emailed the seller to be certain I was reading the description correctly and would be getting the slim battery that fit my phone's hard case. I had a reply in less than and hour, telling me everything I needed to know.
The battery shipped promptly, in bubble wrap, and was in new condition. It is a brand new OEM Motorola battery, not an aftermarket or refurbished one.
It drew a charge immediately. It provides the same standby and talk times as the one that came with my phone when new.
If you have one of the many Motorola phones that uses this battery and even think you'll need a replacement, buy one from BTO, Inc. and you'll be happy.
