They wanted $79, plus tax, plus 4 weeks, for the new battery, but would happily give me $75 off a new phone instead. I asked if they could transfer my phone book to a new phone. No, they could not. Instead, I ordered this battery from Amazon and received it in under a week for less than half the Sprint "list price." The product's performance? Exceptional. I recommend it without any qualifications.
