(More customer reviews)Unless I got 2 complete fluke batteries, the positive reviews on this are from amateurs. I charged each of the 2 batteries I received with different methods.
With one battery I did full charge/discharge cycles and with the other I only drained the battery until it was almost dead and recharged. The methods are meant to make a battery able to hold more juice and maintain maximum charge. The first charge for each was done for 6 hours, then 2-3 cycles of each type.
Both batteries work about as well as the dying one I was replacing. In fact, if I leave the phone unplugged during the time I sleep (I use my phone as my alarm clock) the phone dies before i wake up. At least with my old dying battery didn't do that.
If you are really looking to replace your HTC Dream battery which is going to last you a year, spend the $30 on a good one (or just buy another 1150mah genuine htc battery which is what they recommend).
EDIT: After a month or so I stopped using these batteries and am now back to using my old dying battery. J U N K.
