(More customer reviews)This phone is basically OK. Nothing special, and not as nice as it sounded in the product description. Mine didn't come with belt clips, which makes talking on a headset pretty much useless, unless you can stick it in your pocket. It has most of the features that you would expect, however, getting to them isn't as smooth as on some phones, and often takes several more keystrokes. Also, haven't been able to figure out a last call redial feature. I have had the phone for 1 month, and haven't tried the computer IM calling feature yet, so maybe it will make everything else worth the touble.
