(More customer reviews)I found this charger to fill my needs in providing a charger dock for the HTC Eris phone (its marketed in Europe as the Hero.) so this dock fits except the extra battery charger function (the Eris batt, is way big for the charger.)But since I couldn't find a product specific charger I went with this one. It charges my phone from in the 20% range to full in about 2 hours and I really appreciate the IC chip cause I can leave it plugged in and not worry about damaging the batt. Another great feature: you use it with or without a computer as it comes with an AC wall plug and a mini-usb cable. Overall a cool product and the price is less than other less-featured items. Hopefully one will evolve to charge an extra batt. for the Eris cause you know its life is short. Thanks, Rolak
