(More customer reviews)My OEM battery for the Droid 1 was never all that great. I had to charge the phone around 2pm and overnight daily, even when I first got the phone. The OEM battery was finally on its last leg--the temperature was changing regularly and it seemed to overheat a lot. Not to mention, the battery couldn't hold a charge. I was debating whether to chance it with one of the potentially fake $5 OEM Batteries or to get an aftermarket battery from a brand name. I went with the Anker battery and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm getting two full day's worth of use without charging! The temp on the battery is consistently cool and my phone seems to run better overall. Don't bother buying an official OEM or one of the potential fakes--this battery isn't expensive and it works better than I could have imagined.
