He contacted the service provider and they no longer carry the extended battery cover for this model. Was informed by their service and repair department to look on Amazon.com, found great replacement parts at a great value. (Cheaper than what the service provide would have charged him, had they still carried this item). Shipment and delivery was very prompt.
