(More customer reviews)Yes, this battery does extend the phones operating time, by about 20% (after you put it through several charge/discharge cycles), but I found my X constantly turning off. I thought my phone was defective, but I discovered that if you flex the phone even slightly, the phone looses power. I put the factory battery back in, and the problem stopped. I reinstalled the Seidio and the same issue reappeared. Looks like there is a problem with the power contacts on this battery. After I upgraded to 2.2 Froyo, the factory battery lasts just as long, so this is a needless purchase.
