(More customer reviews)Look carefully at stuff on Amazon. Especially batteries. This is a Chinese battery. The advertising shows genuine Motorola Battery Cover. i.e. these thicker batteries need a new cover to get them onto your Droid X. Manufacturers go to China and have them make a battery that fits. The current rating 3000 mah (milli amp hour) is more than twice the number of your original battery in your Droid X. If someone gets this and makes a test of their original battery and then with this battery, you'll see if it's really 3000 mah.
Chinese manufacturers put poison in food that killed children and pets, don't believe anything from China is good unless someone like Consumer Reports, or 20+ people reviewing products gives the thumbs up. Amazon is going downhill letting anyone sell anything on their website. That's good, but the products here are very deceptive. And getting worse.
