(More customer reviews)Ordered the Voyager extended battery about a month ago. It is useless; no better than the battery I replaced. It allows me 40 minutes of use after charging over-night - even less if I text. Tried calling OEM Shop, number is no longer in service. I chalk it up to a learning experience. I'll go to Verizon next time! I do not recommend buying a replacement battery for the Voyager 10000 from the OEM Shop - it's life is not extended.
