(More customer reviews)The good: Has a nice feel in hand (I like the extra weight which brings the phone to 8 ounces and the shape feels comfortable and natural), if using this battery when it runs out automatically changes to iPhone's battery with no downtime, looks very professional and clean and of high quality with full usage and view of whole screen
The bad: Battery life is exagerated, requires turning on to charge your iPhone regular battery or to connect to iTunes, takes longer to charge than the regular iPhone battery, belt clip doesn't lock near well enough and I've dropped my phone 3 times since purchase when it was hooked to my belt, no ability to change belt clip if it ever breaks, some loss of internal phone speaker volume since they are covered with holes for them in the case
I edited and added this last part and changed my review from 4 stars to 1 for the following reasons:
The phone clip allows the phone to drop off the belt way to easily. The clip doesn't close completely and often fall from the belt. I broke my iPhone twice with this case, the second time was due to this, but it had fallen numerous times prior to this. The clip should completely close over the belt and shouldn't ever fall off, this is not the case and you will drop your phone using it.
The second major problem is the tightness it holds your phone into the connector. I had serious problems when I wanted to remove the phone from the case and actually broke the screen the first time while just trying to remove it from the case. It's nice that it prevents your phone from falling out of the connector, but not so nice that you can't remove it when you need to.
I would highly recommend against this case due the two above reasons. It could be a great case, but ultimately the only reason my phone was broken twice was because of the design flaws in this case. I now just carry the phone without an extra charge in my pants and have done so for the last year without it breaking again.
This case cost my several hundred dollars in repairs and replacement parts. Avoid it.
