(More customer reviews)Before this review, I had wrote a negative review about a cell phone battery I had bought from Cell Lounge. It was about a battery they sold me that had an old date code and would not hold a charge. Well, a guy named Jake from the company saw this review, emailed me to apologize, said he would remove the charge from my credit card if I would retract my review. I thought that was honest gesture for having sold me a defective product. I removed the review but THE PROBLEM IS JAKE NEVER CREDITED THE MONEY - THEY LIED TO ME! Cell Lounge will sell you old batteries that do not hold a charge! They will apologize and promise you credit and not give it! Don't trust them! You should be ashamed of yourself Jake - don't bother apologizing to me again - you cannot be trusted!
