(More customer reviews)Bought this item and another battery from this seller on 1/12/09 with express shipping. The delivery date was supposed to be 1/19/09. This was the day that it was actually shipped. Recieved both products on the same day 1/22/09. Upon inspecting the car charger and both batteries, all 3 were poorly wrapped and had scuff marks on them. They appear to be used items. I wasnt aware of this as the item descriptions doesnt have them listed as 2nd hand or used in any way.
the case on the other hand was palm brand and appeared new.
For the price paid, i guess i should have known. It wouldnt have been a problem had they been up front with me about the item status and shipping times.
I would have saved my money and went with standard shipping had i known an "in stock" item would take so long to get to me, especially since they are being shipped 1 state away..
Overall, Im unsatisfied with the condition, shipping times, and overall experience.
