(More customer reviews)Trying to find an extended battery for an LG phone (sold thru Verizon about 4 years ago) is more difficult than the jump from ape to man. Good luck! Verizon 'had them', but not through the 'zone' where I wanted it delivered. They're a communication company, right? Well...how come they can't (or won't) communicate with each other?
Meanwhile, I opted to order a battery rather than spring for a new phone and a 2 year contract with Verizon. I'd prefer not to give them that sort of satisfaction (don't ask...it is a long story). Anyhow...
I looked on-line for the battery. Amazon.com's extended battery was more expensive than through Verizon or another on-line site, I've ordered here before with good results. The 'other' site had some complaints when attempting to correct the problem. I opted for paying more in exchange for a little 'just in-case' confidence. The product arrived in less time than estimated. I opened the package and installed it and now, the phone holds a charge like it is designed to do.
Is this the best battery on the planet? How the heck do I know? But if you're one of the few left who need this product for an ancient, but quite decent LG phone...order a couple extra (hoping they simply don't wear out with age or the product goes the way of the 8-track).
