The battery is a good one and it nearly doubled my HTC HD7 usage. Now I do about 24-28 hours with moderate to heavy usage, excluding Netflix, but including 3-4 hours of internet radio streaming, and I keep GPS, WiFi, and bluetooth on all the time. Initially, I felt as if it added some weight to my phone, but after a week I stopped noticing it. The lump at the back is actually not bad looking, and my friend thought that it was part of original design. It also becomes a kind of natural place to hold the phone between fingers. Overall, the added weight and hump at the back is something you can easily live with and it gives you extra 12-14 hours of juice.
The only issue is the battery meter, and that is a problem with all extended batteries on WP7. My phone is calibrated to the old battery and and it gives me 80% done after 12-14 hours and after that it goes another 12-14 hours.
UPDATE:
I have been using now for a month. It actually more than doubles my battery and I feel very little additional bulk in my pocket. However, after a month, I put in the old battery back and then suddenly the absence of the bulk was very noticeable. The bottom line is that this battery ill add to the bulk which you will stop noticing after a while; however, the feel of holding the handset is not as good as the original feel. It is in the end a trade off.
