Battery was tested against the original battery by playing an identical video file on "repeat" with wireless, bluetooth, and gps navigation active.
Obviously conditions can't be EXACTLY the same but we did use the same device with the same settings.
VERY IMPORTANT: Both batteries were fully charged/discharged six times before being tested in this experiment.
This experiment took me a lot of time to conduct, hope it is helpful!
Device used: LG G2X
Test 1 Results:
OEM Battery: 9 hrs, 40 mins
ProdiCell Battery: 11 hrs, 15 mins
Test 2 Results:
OEM Battery: 9 hrs, 22 mins
ProdiCell Battery: 10 hrs, 49 mins
Test 3 Results:
OEM Battery: 9 hrs, 01 mins
ProdiCell Battery: 11 hrs, 32 mins (This test had the highest % increase)
Obviously this isn't totally scientific or anything, but it does seem to be lasting longer. It's not reasonable to expect a 3rd party brand to meet the level of quality of an OEM manufacturer's battery anyways. That's why they're cheaper, right?
I do recommend it at this price ($30ish) however sellers often do price gouge so if it's for sale for more than $30 I would look around. If it's less than $30, then go for it right away!
Very satisfied with the performance of this battery.
