(More customer reviews)Today mine broke after 4 months because of user error. I broke the clip by bending it against a seat while getting in to a car. Anyhow, I plan on replacing it because despite it being true that it was really hard to get the phone out quickly (which the guy at Verizon had on on his blackberry and it slipped out easily - which is why I got it for my droid X) but after a while it gets faster as essentially you break the holster in. Mine slips out just as fast as the one I saw on a different phone, so be patient. As for durability, I have sadly dropped my phone a few times and the protective cover has done its job with no damage to the phone. The worst drop I did was into a snow bank, and I removed the cover quickly and the phone recieved no damage. I dried the cover and parts of the phone (I do have a screen cover as well) that had gotten wet. The majority of the water was on the cover and not the phone.
This also works great for exercise as it keeps my phone in place while I run.
