(More customer reviews)I initially purchased and received a bad unit. I emailed the Company on a Friday. They stayed in constant touch with me over the week-end [which my correspondent referred to as "support from the kitchen table"] as they investigated the problem, which they tracked to a batch of 10 bad units having been sent to Amazon (of which I was lucky enough to receive one).
I received a replacement unit on Monday morning. This thing is the absolute bomb (in a good way). It is small, compact, wonderfully designed, extremely light weight, and works fabulously well. It can be used for both iPhones and iPods.
I had heard that this company had excellent customer service and ethics, but I have to say that even that high praise had not prepared me for the excellence of the service I actually received. This has been probably the best support I have EVER received for ANY product or service.
