(More customer reviews)The product I received came in a plastic bag with the company name of Luxmo on it. Basically, it fits my Q9c(verizon) pretty well. All the cutouts are in the right places and access to all openings is available. The material itself is kind of odd. The rubber is slippery and after one use has collected a ton of pocket lint. I don't know if this will go away but it's a bit annoying. I thought the material would be tacky and provide a better grip but it has done the exact opposite. The cover is also not very tight to the phone and slides around slightly which could cause an obstruction of the earpiece and microphone holes. I think they would need to have made the case slightly smaller and have it stretch to fit in order to not slide around. Some of the cutouts look like they were done by hand and not very well at that. There are a few rough and uneven edges. You could probably go back and clean this up with a razor but who wants to bother with that? Button presses with the case on seem easier than with it off for whatever reason. This skin will probably not work with an extended battery. Overall it's functional but I don't know if I'm willing to live with it's shortcomings and will probably look for something else.
