(More customer reviews)This is the worst company I've ever dealt with regarding customer service. I received the extended-life battery and a new back cover. The new cover was to accomodate the larger battery. However, the cover was the wrong one for my phone. When I tried to email the company to get a replacement, they replied by asking for all the infomation that I provided them in my original email. What is that?????
Then I decided that it was too much trouble and decided to return the battery and back case. I followed all the instructions on their invoice slip, and included a letter stating what I wanted them to do (return the battery for a refund.) I received an email that stated that they didn't know what I wanted them to do with the battery. I emailed them back reiterating my request and have yet to hear back from them.
I don't know if anyone actually reads the emails sent to the company, or if they just have a standard response that is sent out by a computer. I have not been able to locate a phone number to fix this problem, and I've noticed that the emails have various misspellings and grammatical errors, so I'm not sure I'd even get to speak to someone in English.
