(More customer reviews)Description does state NEW battery, contrary to another poster. Unfortunately, battery was DOA. However, my computer geek friend stated that even new batteries may need to be charged first. He was right. Once I fully charged the battery, it worked and continues to work flawlessly. I can now go days without charging my HTC and thanks to this seller, I wasn't forced to buy a brand new phone, because the phone is now obsolete. Price is great!
